Be Heard. Be Valued. Be Recognized. Be Proud.

Be Your Professional Best!

You are an exemplary team player, who wants the best for your patients. You’re looking for a place where you can practice the way you envisioned from your first exposure to physical therapy.

You are eager to learn and continue your professional development, while helping other members of the team do the same. You’ve come to realize that there is more to patient care than just clinical competence and even expertise. You have a burning desire to learn, practice and constantly improve the softer skills around communication, empathy and gaining patient buy-in to their plans of care so that ALL of your patients will achieve their goals in the best, most efficient way possible.

We are a team of striving, learning and growing physical therapists and support staff who are committed to our patients and to each other. We believe management’s role is to not simply hold people accountable, but to support, coach and foster the success and professional growth of every team member. We believe the coach is only successful when the team is.

We stick by our core vision which is to provide evidenced based, and outcome driven physical therapy and wellness services of the highest quality, empowering both individuals and the North Idaho community to become avid health consumers responsible for their well-being and fulfillment. Our Vision guides our behaviors and decision making each and every day.

Our benefits are great too. There's a con-ed allowance, formal clinical mentoring program (in which you will participate), APTA dues, ID licensure, health, vision/dental options, holidays and paid time off each year.

We have a formal and informal clinical mentorship program, with both one on one mentorship and group journal discussion. We have opportunities for senior physical therapists to participate and mentor junior and staff physical therapists.

We engage and give back to the community through workshops, volunteering, talks at local organizations, and enlighten the public about the amazing practice of Physical Therapy through social media interaction.

We have built an environment that allows you to learn and practice at the top of your game, emphasizing great clinical care, and patient & provider communication.
