Walking on Ice: Walk slowly and watch the ground ahead of you to avoid slick spots.
Skiing: Get your legs in shape by doing squats and lunges throughout the day (do these while on the phone, cooking, brushing your teeth, etc.).
Snowboarding: Get your core and abdominal back muscles into shape by doing Core exercises on a physio ball. Wear a Helmet (trees always win vs. skulls and brains!!!)
