Meet Our Front Office Staff
Loretta is the Accounts Manager for Pinnacle Physical Therapy. She has been in the medical field for 15 years. Physical therapy has benefited her personally and she would definitely recommend it to anyone. Loretta is married with 3 step-children. She is originally from Maine and enjoys her fried clams! Loretta does a lot of fund raising in the community with her husband, Dean. Dean is in the wine distribution industry. She enjoys traveling and motorcycling with her husband. Loretta has a brand new addition to her family, Hyper Piper, the beagle!
Alyssa has been fortunate to live in the Coeur d’ Alene area her entire life. She met her husband, Nick, another Coeur D’ Alene native, five years ago. They are both very active in their community church where he is the Youth Minister. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys running and is currently training for her second triathalon. Alyssa also loves spending time with her twin sister, Alysson! She joined Pinnacle in November 2006. As the Front Desk Receptionist, she is blessed to be the first to greet the patients as they enter the clinic. Pinnacle Physical Therapy is a great place to work as she is surrounded by people who are dedicated to getting people better.
